Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions for the Bombom Note service ("Service") provided by Bombom Style ("Company," "we"). This policy is governed by our Terms of Service.
1. General Policy
- Our paid Service is offered on a subscription basis, which renews automatically on a monthly or yearly cycle.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.
- In general, all fees for subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods or for any time unused while an account is active.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, but a refund is not guaranteed. You may be eligible for a refund under the following limited circumstances:
- 14‑Day Eligibility: In accordance with Paddle's requirements and applicable laws, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment, provided that you have not used any of the paid features of the Service.
- Technical Issues: If you were unable to access or use the Service due to a technical fault originating from our Company.
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error (e.g., a duplicate payment).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
A refund will not be issued under the following conditions:
- The 14-day period (if applicable) has passed.
- You have used the paid features of the Service, even within the 14-day period.
- Your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
- Purchases were made using promotional codes, discounts, or other free credits.
4. How to Request a Refund
- To request a refund, you must contact our support team at dev@bombomnote.com. Please provide your account information (email address) and details of the payment (date, amount).
- We will review your request and notify you of our decision within 5 business days.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on the policies of your bank or card issuer.
5. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted within the Service and will be effective immediately.
